3. How to determine the quality of the machine after placing the order?

A: We will determine the brand and production life of the machine before ordering, and welcome customers to check the machine on site.

4. What are your terms of payment?

A: 50% prepayment, balance before delivery.

5. Do you have a professional installation team for on-site installation?

A: Yes,we have. Our installation team can go to the customer site for installation, on-site training or remote guidance if user want to save budget.

6. How long is the machine warranty?

A: The overall warranty for the machine is one year, and some consumables will be included in the first delivery.
